James is a highly ambitious and motivated tech entrepreneur. Having spent over seven years working at Amazon and AWS, James has decided to continue to add value for his customers by setting up Canopy, providing expertise in cloud contract negotiations. With a no-nonsense approach, James is able to support customers through the complex cloud market to deliver saving for customers. Outside of work James is an avid traveller and keen sportsman, participating in triathlons, playing tennis and skiing.

With a distinguished career spanning partnerships with over 1,000 C-level executives from 150 international firms, Johan has ignited cultures of innovation and built agile teams that propel technology-enabled growth. Beyond his entrepreneurial achievements, Johan is deeply committed to philanthropy, serving on charity boards and wildlife foundations. His diverse background includes distinguished service in the South African Police and British Army, complemented by academic pursuits in Psychology and Political Economy at UNISA and Oxford University.
